Below you’ll find some of the additional services we provide to meet specific customer requirements, such as store updates or third-party API integration.
Technical interventions
Has our team recommended an intervention to solve a problem or carry out a particular development? Several levels of intervention are available, and you can order the one agreed with our team by adding it to your shopping cart like the other services on the BoutikOne website. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, and keep you informed of the progress. To enable us to intervene in the best possible conditions, we remind you that BoutikOne must have the following information to intervene: FTP access – MySql access – Administration access.
Level 1 intervention

Updating your WordPress site includes :
- Backing up your site and its database before any update
- Updating the WordPress CMS to its latest version
- Update your theme and extensions to the latest version
- Woo commerce update
- Database optimization
- Upgrade of your hosting plan’s PHP version and compatibility tests
- Preventive or optimization measures that seem necessary to guarantee the stability and security of your store
- Technical improvements to your site based on the latest technological innovations available at the time of the update
Advanced update by us
– 280 €
This type of update concerns WordPress sites using an obsolete script, as well as sites where the script has been significantly modified. Please contact us before ordering.
Backups
External backups
– 25 € / year
We perform a bi-monthly backup on the Amazon S3 cloud to protect you against massive data loss due to, for example :
- A fire in the datacenter where your site is hosted
- Massive and irrecoverable hacking of your site or server
- Any other disaster that could result in massive data loss
The bi-monthly backup includes all the files at the root of your hosting plan (www file), as well as your database. Your e-mails are not backed up; only your store files are copied.
The backup service is invoiced at €25 per year. A configuration of your account is necessary before activating the S3 automatic backup. Please allow 48 hours for intervention after payment of the service.
Domain name transactions
Changing your domain name

We offer a domain name change service that lets you keep the content of your WordPress site. The service includes creating a new hosting plan associated with the new domain, copying your site and configuring it on the new domain name. Once the procedure is complete, we can use the old domain and its hosting plan to redirect the old URLs to the new ones, so you don’t lose your SEO during the process. The new domain name must be purchased separately.
Migration
Your site migrated to WordPress
– On request
We offer a migration service from your current CMS (Shopify, Prestashop, OS commerce, Magento …) to WordPress / Woocommerce. If you’re already using WordPress, we can also move your store to another domain name or change your theme. The service includes :
- Export and import your categories and products (description, images…)
- Creation of a new navigation menu preserving your store’s original tree structure
- Export your old pages to WordPress (about us, contact, C.G.V., etc…)
- 301 redirection of your main URLs (first 50 URLs) to new WordPress URLs
- Migration of your Eftpos terminal or means of payment
- Reintegrating your delivery rules
- Other specific developments to be specified in the specifications
The migration process is long and complex, so we’ve set up a procedure to make it as efficient as possible. Your current store remains available throughout the migration preparation phase. Contact us to discuss the details and migrate your store using our services.
Installing an EFTPOS terminal
We can integrate your bank’s Eftpos terminal if it’s a French bank (if it’s a foreign bank, please contact us before placing an order). The service can be provided for any WordPress store. If you use another CMS, please contact us before placing an order. The service includes :
- Installation of the Eftpos terminal supplied by the bank
- Setting up the TPE
- The pre-production writing test
- Putting your very small business into production mode
- Graphic configuration (bank logo, description, etc.) on your payment page

Advanced email configuration
SPF, CNAME, DKIM...

You’re using bulk email software or a service provider such as MailChimp, Mailjet, Sendinblue… and you need to configure your domain by adding TXT, CNAME, DMARC or other fields. Does this sound complicated, or do you lack the time, skills or inclination to do it? We’ll take care of all the configuration for you.

Advanced site security

We offer an advanced security service for your site, including :
- Installation and configuration of the WordFence plugin (over a hundred settings)
- Securing your wp-config file
- Limit login attempts to your admin (anti-brute force)
- WordFence firewall configuration
- Activation of Recaptcha V3 on main login pages and forms
- Optional (if you wish) activation of the 2FA protocol to further protect your administrator access.
We’d also like to remind you that regular updates of your WordPress version and plugins are necessary to reinforce the security of your site. This service is designed for sites that are subject to very frequent attacks.
VPS service
For customers with high sales volumes or high daily traffic, we offer professional VPS hosting with our partner Planethoster. This service is aimed at stores with high traffic volumes or substantial HTTP requests, but also for our customers wishing to have an extremely fast store (our VPS use SSD memory guaranteeing extremely short loading times).
